It isn’t enough to just quote percentages of types of people, each company/agency needs to embrace the true diversity within each one of us for complete inclusion in the work place.  To add women into the work force without a plan on how to include them into the actual culture of the organization doesn’t help anyone.  There must be a plan for this.  Not to forget that within each woman is also a diverse varieties that needs to be looked after…
